Located in the Heart of Tomball is this Mid-Century Home built in 1964. It was lovingly renovated in 2017, bringing it into the 21st century but maintaining it mid-century charm.
The home is located on a quiet street with mature oak trees that canopy the front and back yard. It has 2/3 bedrooms and two full baths. The extensive renovations include all electrical, Pex piping, HVAC system, full sprinkler system and gutters. The soffits and some cedar siding were replaced and the exterior and brick painted. The Roof was replaced in June, 2020.
As you enter the renovated, original front door you will notice walls have been removed and the living space opened with views of the backyard and covered patio. There is 12"x24" porcelain Apollo tile throughout the home.
Six inch baseboards and six inch molding above the five panel doors throughout were added. The interior is painted with neutral colors and white trim.
The living and dining areas have raised ceilings with recessed lighting. A 7'6"x4'4" picture window was added and finished with custom box pleat set of drapes. There are two-inch blinds throughout the rest of the home.

The 6'2"x3' island has a Calacatta Quartz countertop and the perfect place to interact with the chef of the house. There are deep, soft close drawers on the opposite side and electrical outlets on each end. 
The cabinets were built on-site and designed for storage and convenience. There are soft close shallow and deep drawers, two corner cabinets with lazy Susan shelving, hidden utensil/baking pan drawers and a built-in trash can cabinet. The pantry cabinet includes hidden pull-out drawers and shelves, along with four deep drawers on the bottom.
The LG appliances are black stainless steel including a gas range with double ovens and ProBake convection, Smart ThinQ microwave oven and exhaust hood, inverter direct dishwasher with an adjustable rack. The 30"x17" SS kitchen sink has a single lever commercial style faucet with spray head. There is a window above the sink with a views of the front!
The kitchen counters are constructed of Calacatta Quartz, glass subway tile backsplash and undermount lighting. A built-in wine rack was added to the custom cabinets. The window sills in the kitchen and bathrooms are quartz.
Located off of the living, dining and kitchen is this flex space. It is currently being used as a study.
The space has a pocket door and closet, along with a window and recessed lighting.
It could be used as a 3rd bedroom, playroom or hobby room. So many options for this space.
Down this hallway, with the original built-in phone stand, are the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The spacious primary bedroom has a raised ceiling with ceiling fan and recessed lighting.
It has plenty of room for a king size bed and bench seat.
There are two spacious reach in closets and the laundry closet is located in the room as well.
The laundry closet is large enough for two front end loaders on stands and has over head cabinets for storage.
Enter the primary bathroom with a 5'4"x3'2" walk-in shower. There is special order Italian glazed tile accenting the vanity wall, which has a triple-mirror with hidden storage, along with a quartz counter top. The high efficiency toilets are elongated and ADA height.
The walk-in shower has floor to ceiling tile surround and the Italian tile was added to the bench seat with quartz top and soap niches. The shower has a Delta dual function pressure balanced system with integrated volume control shower head, two body sprays and a hand held sprayer.
The secondary bedroom is also generous in size. There are three windows in this room adding natural light and views of the outside.
The ceiling has been recessed and there is a ceiling fan.
The closet in this bedroom is large and has shelving for added storage.
The secondary, hall bath has a custom walnut vanity with a quartz counter top. The floors, backsplash and soap niche are Sicis Neoglass iridescent hemp dome tile. The recessed mirror has hidden storage and a custom walnut frame.
The soaker tub has air jets and a great place to unwind after a long day. The large niche gives you plenty of room for soap and shampoo!
Let's go outside and check out the large patio that is partially covered. The 32'4" x 14' concrete patio was added in 2017 along with the 14' x 10' cover.
The cover is a great place to relax and has plenty of space for a dining table.
A 10'5" x 12'6" stone paver patio was added and is the perfect spot to sit around a firepit. Notice the mature oak trees and landscaping!
