Island Kitchen has double stainless steel undermount sinks and brushed nickel faucet. Window with Plantation shutters overlook sideyard and driveway. To the left of the sink is a stainless steel Samsung dishwasher (2020).
Along the opposite wall are stainless steel GE Profile double CONVECTION ovens and GE Profile microwave. Space on the right-hand side of the ovens is for a refrigerator. The drawers to the left of the ovens are ideal for storing Tupperware or pots & pans. The drawer below the ovens is ideal for storing baking sheets. 
The island has a GE Profile 5-burner gas cooktop with retractable downdraft venthood (which vents to the exterior). Note: Island is plumbed for both gas or electric, so cooktop can be changed, if desired. It also has pendent lighting above the stovetop to illuminate area while cooking. The drawers on the left-hand side of the island are ideal for storing pots & pans.

Kitchen flows into an eat-in Breakfast area (14.1 x 12.11). Chandelier. Crown molding. This room has LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHTING coming through its 3 windows with 2in blinds. It is spacious enough for a large table, if desired, but also has ample wall space for displaying a baker's rack, serving buffet, or another family heirloom.

Bathroom #2 (approximatedly 11.10 x 10.0) is located between Bedroom #2 & the Gameroom. It has 2 separate sink vanities with a storage cabinet in between with built-in clothes hamper.
