The separate Primary Bath vanity provides additional bathroom space. This spacious bathroom will nicely accommodate multiple users simultaneously.
Have you ever seen dual sinks in a Guest bathroom? Well, now you have. Admire the clean lines presented. This is a very spacious bathroom. 
I like to call this upstairs isolated area the noisy room. This room accommodates the wide screen TV, game console(s) and the accompanying noise. Guests invited to partake in TV events (Basketball, Hockey, Football, Tennis, Baseball) reside in this room. The bathroom on this level reduces the need to go downstairs. I suggest placing a small fridge in the room further reducing the need for Guests to go downstairs. For your sophisticated Guests, you might want to consider a wine cooler and humidor
Perfect Guest bathroom upstairs. It is simple and functional. Very clean lines with plenty of natural light. The subway tiles delicately suggest minimalism.
