Gregg's talents reach beyond the majority of real estate agents. Of course he knows the business aspects, but he also practices the nuts and bolts. How many realtors drive a van loaded with tools and materials? Although I had no business opportunities for him, we continued to chat. He asked what projects we were working on. When I told him we badly needed a fence, he gave me the name of a guy that did fences. Gregg's contact saved us over $350 on this project. The guy did a beautiful job, too. It's the nicest fence I've ever had. He worked in freezing weather, and he worked alone. I rehired this fence guy for a 2nd project at my rent house.
