Where do I start with Sophie!? Sophie has been amazing to work with. She may be a newer realtor but her work ethic is not! She is hungry for success in the realtor/homebuying world! She is not afraid to speak out and advocate for her clients. She is always available to speak, meet up, text, etc. with her clients. She is personable, a go-getter, dedicated to making her clients happy and goes above and beyond for her clientele! As a first time home buyer, I had NO IDEA what I was doing, but she would answer ALL my questions concisely. Sophie was patient and understanding with all my wants, requests and even when I didn't know what I wanted, she helped me work through that! She is truly an amazing realtor and has become an amazing friend! I will always recommend Sophie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

Tracy was a great agent right from the start. She was very responsive and listened to my needs and wants. Her level of communication is top notch! I was an out of town buyer and she made the process so easy. I hope I am fortunate enough to work with her again in the future.

Mandie helped my husband and me purchase our first home. This was right when the market was starting to take off so my husband and I had some worries and hesitations. When we got discouraged, Mandie worked with us and encouraged us to take our time. After months of searching we found the perfect house. Mandie really went to bat for us through the whole negotiation (which in a sellers market is not an easy process). I would highly recommend Mandie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! When we told our friends we were planning on moving to Houston from California they recommended Emily to us. Emily responded in a few minutes when we initially reached out to her and helped us create and visit a shortlist of properties to see in a weekend visit. We were successful in making an offer on our second day there and the initial paperwork was done in a few hours and long before we were on the plane home the next day. As out of towners we didn't know where to start with who to contact for inspections or quotes for repairs, and each recommendation was excellent. When a last-minute significant issue that would have delayed closing due the next working day occurred, Emily got us a no cost leaseback so we could still move in on the day we should have closed. This gave us peace of mind as we were moving 1500 miles with two infants in tow. Emily stayed on top of the seller's agent to ensure the issue was resolved and we are delighted with our purchase. Emily was a joy to work with. She was understanding of our needs as out of towners traveling with two infants; needing a little extra time in our viewings. Emily was responsive to our requests and even took initiative to make calls when we would have waited; getting us information more time so we had facts we needed to move forward. We highly recommend Emily and we are glad we had the opportunity to work with her.
