Ray Larson is a class act! Very knowledgeable, always helpful, charismatic, and easy to work it. He helped my husband and I sell a home in 2019, and has been guiding us again as we prepare to list our current property and purchase a new home.

Stay far away! This guy is a slime ball. Terrible communication, doesn’t promptly present offers to clients. With their being so many realtors these days, their is absolutely no reason anyone should go with this guy.

Ray is easily referred by so many because he has earned it... His team is devoted, thinks steps ahead for you and works hard to make sure you are taken care of from start to finish. We have done three transactions together and our friends/family always come back with praise when we send them to Ray to buy or sell a home. He will help you a clarify what you need, define a realistic goal and execute an efficient strategy. He will also help you navigate this (sometimes stressful) process with great attention to detail, a keen sense that can only come from years of experience, honesty and powerful negotiation skills to create win/win outcomes...because he cares, wholeheartedly. Trust me...it’s just who he is and who they are! Be blessed, call Ray!

The Ray Larson team was fantastic from start to finish. Using Marco’s keen negotiation skills, Michele’s quick responses and organization, and Sandy’s eye for detail, we were able to sell our home in 8 days and easily transition into our new home with virtually no problems. Everyone was responsive and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this group! Thanks for your help selling our old home and buying a new one.

Ray Larson was recommended to me by a coworker who has used him multiple times. Ray and his team exceeded our expectations. We are new to Texas and didn't know The Woodlands very well yet, but Ray listened to what we wanted and he quickly found us a home that we love. He and his team were very responsive and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. Ray is someone we were truly able to trust which eliminated a lot of the stress. I would highly recommend Ray! Thank you Ray, Michele and the Larson team.
