Lauren Migl did an outstanding job!!! She made the selling process so much easier and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Lauren went above and beyond for us!! Just as she was listing the house, we moved several hours away. It didn’t take long before we started getting offers. We ended up accepting an offer from someone using a VA loan, which required us to make some repairs. During the process of getting those repairs done so that the house would be able to pass the VA inspection, Lauren graciously took care of several issues that came up, preventing us from having to make additional trips back to Shepherd.
