Working with Paul to find and purchase our first home was such a great experience! What I’m sure can be an incredibly stressful process felt smooth and seamless the entire way, with his help and guidance. From the beginning, Paul asked questions and listened intently to gauge what our needs were and what we were looking for; and, as that changed a little throughout our search, Paul was patient, kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. It truly felt like we had an advocate along the way to not only help us find our home, but to also support us in understanding the process of home-buying. Once we found a home that we loved, Paul took the lead in navigating the process of purchasing, shared helpful resources, and took us step by step through the process so it didn’t feel overwhelming or scary at all. Paul went above and beyond - we are extremely grateful to him and his team! Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better realtor in Paul Holub with Traditions Realty. He thoughtfully considered all of our family’s needs and desires for our new home. He is detail oriented and thorough in his research. He went above and beyond to help us find a neighborhood that would be the right fit for our family, going so far as to make us personalized videos to provide requested information about various neighborhoods. He exudes kindness and integrity in all he does and he was so patient with us throughout the entire process. Selling a home and buying a new one can be such a stressful process but with Paul guiding us we felt calm and confident. He helped find the perfect home for our family and we couldn’t be more grateful!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Paul to purchase our first home. From the beginning of the process to the close on our home, Paul was extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgable. Looking for a home over the last year was not easy, but Paul was patient and persistent and always reassured us. Throughout the process, it was clear he had a ton of experience to help us get the right home with the right contract. He was able to negotiate effectively on our behalf and all matters were handled promptly and timely. Paul has a large list of reliable businesses and vendors to assist with any of your home needs. We highly recommend The Holub Team and had a really great experience!

Paul, with Traditions Realty, went above and beyond during our time together. From day one until the last day he made it clear that he was available for any question, concern or conversation. We were thankful it was Paul who was representing us to buyers and sellers as he is always respectful and professional, especially in high stakes, emotional situations. Throughout the entire process he made sure no detail was overlooked and that we felt entirely in control. After our house was sold for above asking and our new home was purchased, Paul sent personalized flowers on move in day. We are so grateful he was the one who helped us through this stressful process and we will never use anybody else for any future home buying/selling!

Our experience first time home buying was amazing thanks to our real estate agent Paul! He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great resources during the home buying process. His communication was excellent and timely. If you are looking for a real estate agent Paul is your guy!
