“To whom it may concern even though I purchased a new home Oscar went over things that you wouldn’t think of even with the lender who is in on it with the builder he had the home inspected again and a lot of things were found . He had them to add a ceiling fan treat the soil. And because of the inspection whatever I spent on having a realtor saved me money I even had the house treated for termites with a 5 year bond warranty on my new investment.just in case ”
