Norbert is the best in the business. His expertise and service quality is second to none. He has been my realtor for close to 7 years. He has helped my family and I with rental properties and he helped us with securing our first home. He made the entire process smooth and flawless. No issues. He communicated with us consistently and effectively. He was with us every step of the way. Most stories I hear from homeowners is that the process was difficult and tedious. Our process was memorable and enjoyable. It was spectacular because of the way that Norbert conducted business and tailored our process to our individual needs. So happy that I chose to go with Norbert years back as my realtor. He will forever be my realtor because he takes care of his clients. Norbert is a truly knowledgeable, kind, and professional realtor with a sharp business acumen. He found us a beautiful home and helped us get the best deal on it in less than a month from meeting him! Beyond staying attuned to our wants and needs, he also served as the mentor and sounding board that we didn’t realize we’d need during the emotional roller coaster of buying our first home. He addressed our questions/concerns in a timely and transparent manner throughout the process and made it feel seamless! The reminder emails and checklists were a plus. We would highly recommend him to our friends and family. Choose him especially if you’re looking in the Richmond, Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Katy areas.
