“ROCC is a well manicured gated & golf course community with over 800 homes. Just 8 miles West of The Galleria, it has a suburban neighborhood feel with the easy commute factor! It is also home to the Royal Oaks Country Club. Residents and Non-Residents are invited to join, it is an add-on, not a requirement. I am a club member and my family loves attending the seasonal events!”

“If you love walkability, this location is amazing! Walk to The Galleria Mall or nearby shops & restaurants on Post Oak Blvd. Across the street is the Hines Water Wall Park which is one of the most photographed places in Houston! This building has 24/7 concierge, security, a pool, and party room.”
