Nicholas helped us twice to find an affordable apartment and both times he was efficient and pleasant throughout the entire process. He relieved a lot of stress that we otherwise would have had to deal with ourselves. He made sure to stay within our budget and showed us multiple properties that were beautiful. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Nicholas was so helpful to us during our home buying experience. We moved to Houston for work and Nicholas came highly recommended. I’m so glad we picked him as our realtor. We knew nothing about Houston or its neighborhoods. Nicholas helped us narrow down an area that met our needs. He showed us many houses and helped us with picking something we loved and in a good area. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Houston or relocating to this area.

Faced with a challenging market for home buyers, Nick’s unwavering support, passion, and knowledge of Greater Houston neighborhoods were critical to our success in finding a home. Even after closing, Nick continues to check on our home and help coordinate maintenance appointments! Nick was professional , kind, and patient with us throughout the entire process. We are first time “land lords” and getting the house prepped and ready for a tennet is stressful enough but Nick was there for every step of the way. Nevertheless, we look forward to working with him in the future!
