For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013. He is a lifelong resident of South Texas, growing up in New Braunfels before moving to San Antonio with his wife and two sons. He attended both Texas State University and Texas A&M University while completing his Master's degree in Educational Leadership. After retiring from a career as a middle school teacher and elementary school principal, Adam has transitioned to a thriving career in real estate. With a focus on helping others, his clients have consistently reported that Adam goes above and beyond to help find the ideal property. He has worked with first-time homebuyers, investors, traditional residential properties, and luxury homes, giving him depth and breadth of experience and knowledge.
