Me and my wife and an amazing experience with Natasha! She made the buying process soo easy and comfortable! She worked out great deals and got us everything we asked for including $0 at closing! So we got to save so much money and were able to put it towards furnishing our new home!! I highly recommend Natasha Carroll to anyone looking to buy a new home. Overall 110% she gave thank you Natasha!

Natasha is the best realtor one could ever ask for. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, intelligent, helpful and professional. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions regarding the process and had a difficult time in the beginning regarding how to narrow down exactly what I wanted in a home. Despite this she was very patient, thorough, and hardworking to make sure I found the perfect first home. I had a phenomenal experience working with her and highly recommend her services/expertise to anyone seeking a real estate agent.

A Satisfied Seller and Buyer If I could leave 100 stars, I WOULD!!! Reaching out to Natasha to assist me with selling my home in San Antonio as well as entrusting her to find a home in the Houston Texas market for my kids and me was the best decision made. Very seldom are you able to find someone knowledgeable enough in one market, but she exceeded my expectations with the ability to give guidance on my sell as well as purchasing a new home. Natasha is such an amazing communicator, responsive and thorough in all aspects of her work as a Houston Realtor and you can absolutely tell she is passionate about what she does. From the showings to the inspection, Natasha handled my purchase as if it were a personal purchase, making me feel even more secure at the signing of the last document, because I knew I was making a solid investment. I’d be remised if I didn’t speak to the same level of exceptional work and communication coming from her transaction coordinator, Brianna. Brianna made sure that communications from the seller and title company, were received in a timely manner as well as accurate. She even made sure, on days where I missed emails requiring action on my part, to follow up with me on those deliverables and I couldn’t appreciate it more given the fact that there were so many moving parts. At the end of my selling and purchasing experience, I can comfortably and confidently say that Natasha and team were everything I needed in a realtor and so much more. I absolutely have no regrets and my kids and I are happily settling in to our new home. 😊.

It is a great pleasure to recommend Natasha as we were looking for someone both knowledgeable of the market but also someone with excellent judgment to guide us in the Houston market which was new for us. We worked with two agents prior and both either were inflexible (woodlands or nothing) or were reluctant to explore areas outside of a 20 minute radius. Natasha was really patient in our early stages as we aimed to decide between downtown, Katy, Woodlands and farther afield during a difficult time in the market due to low availability. We ended up with a great house that the whole family, including the dogs enjoy in Woodforest. Natasha was an excellent partner through and through whom we will definitely trust future real estate decisions and can fully and absolutely recommendl her for this important journey.
