I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. The amount of effort and time he put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, he spent a good time walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, he was always available to provide me with the information that I needed every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Excellent communication and always on time, excellent problem-solving, and always answers all questions and negotiates to get a great deal for us. His responsiveness was incredible. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, and status of city and county inspections, and reviewed all the documents. He always follows up during and after the transaction Very good professional contacts made the whole experience amazing for us, we had a very smooth transition with peace of mind. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call him again.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Ali Kasim. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his work. He explained step by step what to expect in the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about Ali! He is one of the most honest, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, hard-working people we have had the pleasure of knowing. He helped us from the very beginning when we were weighing our options of buying a house on the market or having our home built. Once we decided to build a home, he saw everything through from the get-go all the way until the end (actually, he was at our house the day AFTER closing to help us seal our grout!). His expertise and help made the entire process stress-free for us. He worked hard to always make sure that we were getting the best, fairest prices on everything and that we were happy. Never once did we doubt that he had our best interest in mind; it is easy to see that he truly cares about his clients. Perry Homes was even impressed by him -- they told us that they've never seen a realtor care so much.
