We knew working with Monica Bresofski, an expert in the area, would make for an easy and convenient experience to get our house rented. There was zero fuss and great customer service...exactly what we look for in an agent. She got us a tenant with a 2 year lease for the price we wanted and we are so thankful to call her our Realtor. She is AMAZING and makes it EASY!

When I called Monica for the first time, I thought my husband and I would be buying a house, and we did eventually, but it wasn't until several months later. Even before we got to the buying point, Monica was responsive and helpful. She never pressured us to buy before we were ready. When I called Monica several months later, she got right on helping us find our dream home. She took us to every house we wanted to see. She took detailed notes so we would remember all of the pros and cons of each house we looked at. She never told me no when I asked to see a house the same day. She was very honest and direct with us. When we found our home, she was with us every single step of the way from putting in our offer and keeping us calm while we waited on a response. She was in constant communication with us, and she never left us wondering what was going on. The day we closed on our house, she was there for us with thoughtful house warming gifts. I cannot imagine finding my dream home with any other realtor. I cannot say enough positive things about Monica Bresofski and every team member we dealt with a ONE Property Group. She was so amazing through the home buying process, we also used her to sell our land which got in offer in 24-48 hours. Monica is AMAZING! She's, hands down, the best realtor out there. She makes the entire process so much easier. She's incredibly responsive, honest, extremely nice and very informative. The entire company is top-notch. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
