Like many other families, my family and I decided to leave NY state and move to Houston, TX. Michelle has been instrumental in helping us understand and navigate the very different real estate transaction processes here in TX. Michelle understood our needs from the first house visit, which was super important to us. Her expertise, kindness, and professional demeanor made us trust her from day one in the city where we did not know anyone. Michelle patiently showed us numerous houses until we found the one and was there to answer emails and texts at any time. Michelle is a true professional. She is honest, hard working and intuitive. She provides a concierge service and was able to market our home effectively. She is an expert negotiator. Working with Michelle to find a new home was the best experience ever! Trying to find your new home is never easy. It is nerve wracking, frustrating, and overwhelming. Michelle's professionalism and personality made all of these feelings disappear. I have worked with realtors in the past that just try to sell you what they want to sell you. Not with Michelle.
