Michael Sweigart

Mike Sweigart is a Real Estate agent with Fathom Realty and he operates a real estate team based in Denton, Texas. The award-winning realtor spent more than a decade in the building trades from the job site to the design room producing plumbing and mechanical plans for architects, builders, and contractors. Mike also spent several years in residential and commercial estimating for several large construction companies. In 2016 Mike was elected to the Greater Denton Wise County Association of Realtors, Board of Directors. Elected for a second term as a Director in 2017 Mike is now Chairman of the member relations committee and sits on the Government Affairs committee for his second term. In 2017 Mike was appointed to the City of Denton Health & Building Standards Commission. Mike lives in Denton, Texas with his wife Molly and their two children. They enjoy traveling and spending time in nature, camping, and sightseeing. Mike was the lead singer for several national touring bands for more than a decade. During this time he managed and handled promotions for several major label acts during this time.
