My husband and I came across Micheal a couple months ago when we were trying to sell our property in Caldwell tx, honestly I wish I have know him years ago. Mr Furman work ethic is beyond my expectations, he listed our property the same day after our meeting with him, We received an offer the next day, My husband will text him within minutes Micheal will answer back regardless of what time a day it is, If you need a real realtor who will work in your behalf then Micheal is your guy I can't say enough about Micheal. Michael helped my mom and dad sell their property in Caldwell TX. My mom can be hard to impress but when it comes to this, she talks about how responsive Michael is and how impressed she is with his services; so all in all, I'd say Micheal is very good realtor.
