I was living in Austin and needed to find a new home in Houston to start the next chapter of my life. I was familiar with Houston so began to search on my own but was not successful.. I decided to reach out to Melesa Hudson for assistance. My priorities were safety, space, and budget. I work from home so these were very important to me. Melesa responded instantly and pulled together a list of places that fit my criteria. I did not have a pressing timeline, but mentioned the date to which I would prefer to close on. Not only did she help me find the perfect place that met my safety, space, and budget requirements, but she also did it within my timeframe. Most Realtors put on a facade that they want what is best for the client, but in reality they have dollar signs in their eyes. This was not the case with Melesa, she truly listened to what I wanted, helped me balance my needs and then delivered. I am so thankful to have received her quality service. Without her, I would not be happily living where I am today!

Melesa was helpful in every way from start to finish. She helped find the home, was able to show us the home within 30 minutes of finding it, and facilitated and managed all of the back and forth between myself and the property owner. Melesa always picked up her phone when I called with questions or wanted to see the status of a home. She was patient in finding me the right home, not the first one. And she is very personable and easy to work with. She is also very Knowledgable of the Greater Houston area and was able to advise me on which neighborhoods to look into and knew how the elementary, middle, and highschools performed scholastically. 10/10 would recommend!

Melesa was a not only wonderful agent but was also insightful, put my priorities first, was always available to answer questions and show properties, knowledgeable of the area and surrounding neighborhoods, and guided me through the entire process of closing on our townhome. She even follows up with me on occasion to make sure I’m loving my new home. Go with Melesa hudson, you won’t regret it. 10/10 would recommend.

My business Strickly Unique strongly recommends Melesa. She took the time to listen and assess what was best for her client. Her preparation ahead and attention to details for her client needs was superb.
