Matt helped my wife and I buy our first home. Many people say buying a house a house is stressful but working with Matt made the process stress free. Through the entire process he was very patient, and showed us a good number of properties over a couple of weeks (~10+ over three weeks). He listened to our likes and dislikes of all the houses and helped find a home that matched our budget, our tastes and our desired location. When it came time to make offers he helped us understand what a good initial offer would be but let us make the decision and then guided us through the counteroffer negotiations. Great realtor to work with and would definitely choose him again the next time we are looking!

I purchased my dream home after a period of two and a half years’ search, during extremely adverse real estate market conditions, throughout which Matt has been the stabilizer . . . always responsive and ready to help, well informed, calm, analytical. He arranged viewings expeditiously and conveniently and remained focused and encouraging through the lengthy search. Matt’s work ethic is exemplary and his honesty admirable. I will always remain grateful for his help and valuable advice. Highly recommend!!
