Best Real Estate Experience!!! Matt and his agent Joy helped me sell my home. They made it a seamless process and really understand what type of buyer I would need to purchase my home. Paperwork was always sent to me in a timely manner, and in the end, they got me the best deal. I refer them to anyone with real estate needs any chance I get. Truly a great team to work with. Will definitely use him and the team for my next home.

Working for a fast-paced running builder you must have a solid team around you to handle all your customer's needs, so we can meet the high level of expectations, Matt is the hardest worker in Real Estate I know. He works 24/7, no distanced is too far. Always, at the phone when you need him. He can handle any objections while finding solutions to continue the process, so it does not come apart. He is one of the easiest people to talk too about anything. Makes you feel as if you are a part of his family. You cannot go wrong picking him as your agent, while you get an entire team to help you along the way, all are very professional.

Matt and Joy were great! They were patient with all my questions. They were very professional, punctual, and truly care about their clients. I would absolutely recommend Matt and His team to anyone looking to move/buy a house.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Matt's Guzman Real Estate Team I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Matt's Guzman Real Estate Team. Despite initially seeming promising, the lack of communication and responsiveness from their end left me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. One of the most glaring issues we encountered was the complete lack of communication from the team. Despite numerous attempts on our part to reach out via email, it felt like we were talking to a brick wall. The only time we received a response was when we informed them that we would not be using their services to represent us. It's astonishing that they only responded when it served their interests, completely ignoring our genuine inquiries and concerns. Our case was time-sensitive, and we explicitly conveyed this to the team. We were hopeful that they would step up and expedite the process, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. Their inability to move quickly and effectively left us feeling stranded and abandoned during a critical period. Overall, my experience with Matt's Guzman Real Estate Team was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of communication and failure to prioritize our needs left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options that prioritize client communication and responsiveness.

This is our second home purchased with The Matthew Guzman/Remax Team. Matthew not only makes the buying/selling process understandable, he and his team take the time to walk and guide you through the process every step of the way. They go above and beyond to assure that you are content and will not stop until you are completely satisfied with your experience and transaction .I couldn’t ask for a better team! The one and only Realtor team I trust and use!
