“At the end of our first phone call, Mary had a clear idea of what we were looking for and we had a clear idea of what she would do to help us find the right property. Because we are out of state, we provided an initial list of properties we found interesting and she was able to e-mail us additional documentation so that we could narrow down the list to ones we were interested in looking at in person. This was more than I could have hoped for in one phone call. Super Service at first contact! Mary was able to plot out a buyers tour that allowed us to see the most properties possible in one day. She had talked to the listing agents in advance and was able to answer the questions we had about each property. She stayed on top of what we liked or didn't like about each property. We only had one day to look so it was a pretty jam packed day. Mary attended inspections with us and also managed f/up inspections for repair estimate and additional information when we were unable to attend. “I marked all the highest marks for a reason. It may appear to be a blanket reply, however, Mary absolutely deserves the highest review possible. I had worked with Mary on our previous lease. When it came time to buy my first house, Mary was the obvious choice for two reasons. One; I was highly impressed by her when we leased, and two; I am a dumbass. I don't know anything about real estate. I knew i had a little money saved and ok credit so lets go buy a house. Not so. The miasma of related details that were too deep for my shallow mind, Mary handled flawlessly, professionally, patiently. She explained every single detail and possible scenario, in a way that a dumbass can understand. That alone would illicit a great review, but she went above and beyond with the people she recommended for the other services needed to buy. Every single referral she gave we used.
