“Mary is hands down the BEST realtor I can ever have imagined working with. I have no cons from our experience with her. After reviewing many reviews on HAR for agents, I reached out for word of mouth reviews and Mary was recommended by multiple friends in West and North Houston. From day 1 Mary was involved and lent the best of her knowledge to us. In this market, where homes stay up for 1 day, Mary was there. We liked a home, she set up an appointment to view. She worked tirelessly with us on weekends and weekdays after work searching for the perfect home. The market was so crazy, by the time we finished touring one home at 4 pm, the selling agent called to let us know they needed all offers by 6 pm. Mary immediately went home and got to work on our offer. She works FOR YOU. She is extremely thorough when learning the things you like and do not like in a home and really understood what we were looking for. We did lose 2 offers. One due to the seller asking to waive appraisal which we were not comfortable doing and the other to the price. But the morning our dream home came on the market, Mary had a walk through scheduled for us the second we got off work that afternoon and an offer in by that evening. We are so happy we did not get the first 2 offers because the home we found was our dream home. After our offer went through, Mary was great working with the selling agent, title company, and us to get things moving. Closing was on time and smooth and went great. I can honestly say if we would ever sell or buy again, Mary will be the first person we call and she is the first person we recommend to our friends. ”
“Mary quickly understood what I was looking for in a home and what is important to me. As we looked, she asked about things I had either expressed wanting or not, to make sure I saw each house clearly, not just overwhelmed by seeing so many houses. I figured I would find a home in a week or 2 and move in a month. I did find a house in the 1st week, only to learn there were 12 other offers and 1 of them was selected. I was unprepared for the housing market of early 2021. Mary was supportive when my first offer was not accepted and encouraging when the third offer were not accepted. Once my fourth offer was accepted and Mary was on top of each step, letting me know what the next step would be and provided lists that were helpful for me to use as I navigated each of the things I needed to do to make this happen. She worked with my mortgage relocation company to make sure everyone was moving along at the same pace. Mary checked all the details which made the closing go smoothly with no surprise amounts due. I’ve bought 4 houses before and this was the easiest closing I have experienced. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a home. This experience is unsurpassed by any of the prior 8 realtors I have worked with. ”
