Martha recently helped us close on our dream home in Houston and I cannot be more happy with our decision to work with her. Not only does she bring over 20 years of realtor experience, she truly worked in our best interest. Her recommendation to do stucco inspection helped us uncover some major structural issues that we were able to have the seller fix. She also stood firm to ensure seller completed all repairs on time and that as buyers, we do not sign frivolous documents that the seller was asking us to complete. As a cherry on top, she not only took out 4 full days to show me several houses as an out of state buyer, but also packed me a healthy lunch everyday. Martha is remarkable at her craft and at her customer service and I cannot thank her enough for her help in closing our house.

Martha was the key difference-maker in a successful bid resulting in our new home purchase! Her in-depth market knowledge combined with outstanding professionalism impressed the sellers and swayed them our direction among multiple competing offers. While our bid wasn’t the highest, Martha quickly read the room so to speak on seller interests and tailored the offer to be perceived as the strongest and most attractive! Above all, Martha cares about her clients and constantly advocated in our best interests. She was an absolute pleasure to work with but feels more like extended family to us!

Martha did a wonderful job selling our home! We've sold a couple of homes over the years, all after moving out of them. This is the first time we sold a home while still living in it. Martha did an outstanding job going through our home and giving suggestions on how to make our home presentable to any prospective buyers. With her expertise and knowledge of the housing market and her professionalism, our house sold VERY quickly!! She did and awesome job! I would highly recommend her as your next realtor!
