Nicolas was wonderful to work with purchasing our first home! We got a lucky draw finding him when we started searching for homes and decided to use him as our realtor. We made the right choice as he was very attentive to what we were looking for and an all around a genuine person. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things homes, the Houston area/current market, and thorough in explaining what to expect as we progressed from putting in the first offer to closing.
