I am a repeat customer of real estate services offered by Home Dreams Solutions and that says a lot about their real estate expertise. I have been working with Manika since 2016 with buying, renting and Selling properties. I have worked so much w/ her that we are good friends now. Last month we were faced w/ situation where we wanted to sell out house, and with interest rates this high were not sure if we will be able to sell the property in this climate. We handed the property to Manika she was able to sell in one week, with multiple offers. When we met with Manika and explained our reservations and from the get-go, she was extremely patient and eased our decision-making process. She had the fixers and professional photographer at our house and within less than a week, and house was on market in min. budget. Manika understands how to sell houses and updates that need to be made to have a quick sale. She made the process incredibly easy and thorough subject knowledge. She is not only expert on general real estate but has Indepth knowledge of local market. This made whole process a great pleasure. She's the best realtor in Houston area with a great team around her.

I highly recommend Home Dream Solutions! We’ve been leasing with them for almost 2 years now after selling our home in 2022, and we have had a wonderful experience from the pre-qualifying process at the beginning to this day. I have communicated directly with Manika in several occasions and she has been so wonderful, kind and helpful from the start. We have been in the property we are leasing for almost 2 years now and are very grateful for the opportunity that Home Dream Solutions has given us and for living in a good community and great home that we treat as our own. Mr. Pankaj is our realtor to buy our first house in the US. Since we do not live in Texas, Pankaj took a lot of effort to visit the houses and provided feedback to put the offer. Mr. Pankaj has amazing real estate experience in texas houston, dallas and austin market and was able to clarify all questions and took care of end-to-end processes in the purchase. In addition, Mr. Pankaj provides honest feedback, comp analysis, negotiation with seller agent, and price recommendation to make the offer instead of just pushing the buyer to the higher bidding. We are from NJ and wanted to invest in a property in Houston, TX. Thankfully, we found Manika from Home Dream Solutions. She knows the market and the area inside out. As an investor herself, she understands investors' needs and guided us in the right direction. She is very responsive and available anytime. Sometimes I forget to follow up on a few items, but she takes care of it for us. Not only did she help us identify the right property, but she also assisted us in finding the right tenants. Home Dream Solutions has literally been a DREAM! The team was exceptional in helping me in the journey of finding the best tenant for my property. I had the pleasure of working with Josie and she went above and beyond in the entire process. She was on top of her game. She was patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. She communicated well with me and a great liaison between me and the tenant. They got my house rented in less than 2 weeks...AMAZING! I definitely recommend Home Dream Solutions for any of your real estate needs. Manika was also very intricate in the process and pleasure to work with as well.
