“If I had to give one sentence to describe working with Lucy, it would be - LUCY IS A PROFESSIONAL BADASS. If I had to describe working with her more in depth, this would be it- Lucy is very professional, enthusiastic, respectful, and very knowledgeable about her industry. If she doesn’t have an answer to your questions (we asked SO many questions since this is our first home buying experience), she’ll get you one through her vast network of connections and mentors. Lucy doesn’t dish out any BS nor does she deal with any. She’s a fantastic realtor and it really shows through her communication with her clients and any other parties involved. She had been in constant communication with us and made this process so much less stressful because of how well she handled dealing with all the different channels of people we had to work with to build our home, any issues that arose during the home building process, and even being our spokesperson and advocate when we felt like we weren’t treated correctly and our concerns weren’t being addressed with the builder. If we didn’t have Lucy on our team I don’t think our home buying experience would’ve went as well as it did with all the issues that happened on the builders side with delays and other issues with our new construction home. Now that we’ve closed, Lucy is still there for us if we have any questions and gave us great advice for being first time home owners. She won’t let you down and that’s the truth.
