I cut price to from $350 to $340K. We have 7-day option period and got inspection report in day4. Foundation has issue. I made 20 phone calls to find company that can come to the site and give report before OP ends. I negotiated foundation repair credits of $5k for the buyer. I always reply promptly to all parties. I don't know why she gave me 3/5. Maybe I didn't give rebate to her, even if she asked me for rebate. I worked hard for the buyer's best interest. I deserve 5 for this service.
