Amazing service! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend Liska to assist you with your real estate needs. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. Everything happened so quickly with the selling of my house, but Liska was able to get me set up to find something new in a reasonable amount of time. I’m so thankful for her hard work and professionalism! She is also very personable and checks in to make sure you are well informed, comfortable, and confident during the process.

It was indeed a particular pleasure working with Real Estate Agent Liska Sims. I appreciated her commitment to her clients, determination, drive, and integrity, to name a few. More importantly, I appreciated her compassion. Due to personal problems, I had to take my house off the market. Liska was empathetic and supportive of my situation. She encouraged me to care for myself rather than manipulate me into keeping my house on the market. I recently worked with Liska on a listing. She represented the buyer. Liska was very diligent throughout the entire transaction. In this industry there are many realtors that get relaxed and don’t work as hard for their clients and Liska isn’t one of them. She had her client’s best interest at all times. If you’re in need of a diligent realtor Liska will definitely be the realtor to work for you!

Moving cross country isn't easy but Liska made the process so smooth for us. She was patient throughout the process and understood our needs as a family. Finding a home to rent from far away isn't easy, but Liska worked with my daughter and they made it happen. She kept us up to date throughout the process and gave us some recommendations to help us settle into our new home and area. When it's time to purchase a home, Liska will be my first phone call.
