“I was extremely pleased and impressed with Lisa's skilled professionalism. Initially I contacted three agents in early 2021 and inquired about having them list my property to rent since I was aware a tenant would be vacating in a few months. Obviously this was a very busy time in the real estate sector especially here in the Houston area. Lisa treated this opportunity as if it were the only property she had to be concerned with. She always made time to answer each any question I had. A few months passed and I had decided just to renew with the tenant. Ultimately however, plans changed for the tenant also. It was just around that time that Lisa had sent me an email just as a follow up (and I'm glad she did). She offered to view the property once it became vacant and assess her opinion on what price to rent the property. She listed it promptly and immediately found a tenant. We had numerous conversations and then I shifted my plans and decided to sell instead of lease it out again. Lisa had the potential tenant's interest in mind and reminded me to be diligent with the tenant's time also. Either inform them that you won't lease it or lease it to them. So I'm glad she kept me on task. She then offered her best opinion on what price point to sell the property. And she was spot on. She quickly had numerous offers. We settled on one but the buyers back out She promptly found another buyer and this time we closed on it soon after. Interestingly, I have NOT met Lisa in person! Yet she offered fantastic service. Treated my property as if it was her own. Even to check on it during the cold days and ensure the water was drained during potential hard freeze days. She is a 5-star agent in my book. She follows up. She answer any and all questions. One of the best agents I've worked with. ”
