“Lisa Clark was amazing in handling the process of selling our home. She was extremely knowledgeable and always was available when we had questions, and gave the perfect suggestions when it came to making the home presentable for the buyers. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Also, when it came to listing our home we were blown away by the pictures and level of detail. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off and our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. She also helped coordinate the mortgage company and title company to make sure the closing process went as smoothly as possible.
