“I have been investing in real estate for years. Linda is the best agent I have ever worked with. It is a pleasure and fun to work with her, her passion, zeal, and energy is contagious. I have never met an agent who is so honest, who really speaks and acts out of the best interest of one’s client. I was going to buy a new build from a reputable builder. The price was nearly 330k. She visited there several times, I noticed she did not speak highly of the place. But the schools are good, I like new builds, so I told her I decided to buy the property. she visited the subdivision for the last time, and toured other houses there and the community. She then told me she felt the quality is not the same as another one I brought before. I really heeded her feedback and was really touched by her kindness, honesty, and genuine care, so I changed my mind. I trust her words. Then one morning, very early, she texted me a beautiful house. She was watching closely every morning and found something ideal. I knew instantly that was the one. I am very grateful still. I work full time, I am grateful she is there looking out for my dream house. Linda is super responsive, she always responses immediately or as soon as she can. She has such high work ethics. The title company we were working with was not very slow. She had to do a lot of heavy lifting and push through a lot of hurdles to get things done. Like roses have thorns, she is warm, super nice, radiant, and sweet; but she can also be stern, can have some honest tough talk if necessary. I asked the title company several times how much the final cost was but got response, so I asked her since I needed to sell some stocks. She reached out over and again, both to the title agent and her assistant, and she texted me around 4pm on New Year’s Eve about it. I was very surprised and deeply touched. She has such a beautiful heart, she takes her clients’ interest seriously, she does not take no as an answer. For the closing doc, twice ”
