“Samantha is an AMAZING REALTOR! A very long story short, Our Journey to find our first house started at the end of 2021, and by the beginning of 2022 , my husband and I decided to buy a brand new house, instead, to avoid so many repairs! Samantha quickly found us a list of houses in the process of construction in the area we were looking for ! We settled in a one and unfortunately we had to drop, we tried a smaller house and went from there! The house was scheduleded to be delivered by Oct. And it didn't happened. The houses had some construction issues. By November the house got delayed AGAIN , and by the time it had to be refinanced, it was even more expensive. With our hearts broken, we had to let it go AGAIN! The next day my husband talked to Samantha and she quickly found a brand new house ( ready to move in ) and in the same area we want.
