We initially had another realtor helping us sell my Mother-in-Laws house after she passed away. We were not happy with them, I felt they were not as helpful as they could be. I researched some other realtors in the Dayton, Tx area and read some really good reviews about Lea Ann. After talking to her on the phone I was really pleased with her knowledge and personality. We signed a contract with her, and the difference was like night and day! She listened, and was extremely helpful with every aspect of the sale. She notified us of every thing going on in real time. She has a great personality and was fun to work with. We sold the house this week and are very happy to have this completed. Lea Ann had our back all the way! I would recommend her to anyone.

So I have to say Lea Ann Odom is the best realtor that I have done business with if I recommended her to someone, I will speak very highly of her. She feels like family. she has gone above and beyond to take care of my situation. She is very highly recommended and all around good people.

Lea Ann is amazing! She is extremely pleasant to work with. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help make her clients dreams come true. She is honest, friendly and caters to her clients needs. If could give her a million stars, I would!

Lea Ann has gone above and beyond, working tirelessly and answering any questions we have had throughout the entire process. Because of HER efforts, confidence and encouragement, we have felt completely supported throughout what would have otherwise been a very stressful process. Lea Ann is the absolute best. She listens, gives you the information and then lets you drive. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is willing to use all she can to get you where you need to be like she did for me. She is a straight shooter and has the most welcoming humorous personality. I've only known her for a short period of time but I LOVE HER!!! She's great! Check her out for yourself and you'll love her too!
