Laura helped me and my husband buy our first home. She was so personable and easy to work with. She always kept us informed of the next step of the process. She answered lots of questions, and she was always very responsive and prompt. She made an effort to get to know us and what we wanted in a house, and we appreciated that she worked to form a relationship with us. Laura presented us with options at each step of the process and truly helped us strategize and navigate negotiations. We also appreciated that she was able to make many good vendor recommendations.

Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being first time home buyers, Laura helped us every step of the way and made things super simple for us by answering all the questions we had and walking us through each of the home buying steps. She was always very responsive and stayed in contact, so we never felt like we were on our own. She had great recommendations for plumbers, electricians, etc., which made things so much easier for us as well. Laura did not just feel like a realtor, but like a friend who genuinely cared about us, even after closing on the home. We plan on recommending Laura to any of our friends and family who will be looking to buy a house.

Laura did a phenomenal job prepping, marketing and selling our Heights home! She is efficient, assertive when needed, highly professional and knows the market extremely well. The fastest we have ever sold a home! We highly recommend Laura.

I can't recommend Laura enough, especially as a first-time home buyer! In the beginning, Laura was really good about sending us listings, collecting feedback to figure out what exactly my fiancé and I were looking for, and then throughout the whole closing process she was incredible about walking us through every step of the process. She helped us negotiate concessions on behalf of the seller for various things, and my fiancé and I getting our dream home really wouldn't have been possible without her. I'm very grateful Laura is who we got to share our first-time home buying experience with, and I can't imagine having gone through it with anyone else!
