This unit #304 is at the far end of building with minimal foot traffic in hallway. Near widened hall area with good view of boat slips. Much of this condo has been updated with lovely cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances that stay. There is assigned parking space with this unit. There is a fitness center, pool and party room as amenities. HOA covers exterior insurance and maintenance.
