“Kris was always on top of all processes. She kept me very informed on a daily basis. After the survey was done prior to purchase she help find out that the house I was buying and the neighbor had agreed to keep the fence line where it was. Turned out that upon further investigation my fence line at the front of the house was 3 ft. short of property and 6 ft. short of property down by the lake. We spoke with the neighbors and seller of the home to agree to have the fence moved at their expense since they had agreed to leave it where it was when they first bought their homes. I was so glad to gain my extra yardage! So much more space now.”
