In the past six months, the Houston Properties Team has helped us sell two homes with the utmost professionalism, extraordinary organizational skills and a level of expertise any other realtor would envy. We worked primarily with Holly Hernandez who is the absolute best person and best realtor for both sales and rentals. (She also found excellent renters for us a few years ago, for one of the properties we just sold.) Holly and her team prepared market information for us ahead of the sales so we could make informed decisions about listing prices and which listings ours might be competing with for buyers. They communicated well, and often, by email and text so we never had to wonder what was happening or what the next step would be. Particularly helpful was the detailed calendar which guided us step-by-step through the listing, sale and closing process. Both homes were beautifully staged, attracting more buyers than an empty home, and were shown often and to good effect. The Houston Properties Team don’t just list your home and wait for a buyer to come! They reach out to prospective buyers and agents who might represent interested buyers. Due to their diligence and proactiveness, we got offers on both homes very quickly after listing, a tribute to the team’s great and effective promotion. Please consider this a personal endorsement of the most excellent, compassionate, and dedicated agent, Holly Hernandez and her hardworking team at Houston Properties. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else for a future purchase or sale. You shouldn’t either.

I had a great time working with Yolanda while buying a home. Her quick thinking, deep knowledge, and expertise in real estate made tough tasks feel easy. Yolanda is part of the Keller Williams' Houston Properties Team, where she goes above and beyond to make sure that the homes you see match your specific tastes and interests. Yolanda puts in a lot of effort researching each property, which was helpful for a first-time home buyer like myself. Yolanda is also really good at planning. She kept me updated on the status of the homes that I liked, which made the whole experience more enjoyable and much less stressful. Overall, I think that working with Yolanda will improve your home buying experience if you are looking to buy in Houston or the nearby areas.

Working with Courtney on our recent house purchase was an absolutely amazing experience! From our initial conversation about our hopes and goals to closing day, Courtney was knowledgeable, supportive, and available to all our questions. The buying experience could have been stressful, but Courtney made it so smooth and easy. When we were anxious she was always there to talk us through the various situations.
