Kay Soumir

Kay soumir is a Moroccan native who has traveled to many countries growing up before settling in Pearland, TX since 2007. Due to her diverse background, Kay offers excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard while being able to serve and communicate effectively in Arabic, French, Moroccan and English. Kay discovered her love for Real Estate in high school volunteering to build homes with Habitat for Humanity. Kay's background as an educator has helped her develop impeccable patience and attention to detail. She has dedicated the last few years helping clients buy and sell properties while working with seasoned Top Producing agents in the Clear Lake area. Throughout this time, Kay has acquired extensive knowledge and experience to provide quality service to build remarkable relationships with clients. More importantly, she maintains those relationships by communicating effectively. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Kay strives for in all aspects of her life.In her free time, she volunteers at Habitat for Humanity and enjoys going to the gym with her Family. Kay is also a part time college student at Sam Houston State University majoring in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. Some of her other hobbies include traveling, spending time with family and finding new hidden gem restaurants in the Houston area.
