“Ganesa came highly recommended to us by a couple of dear friends, whose opinion we trust. We relocated to Houston from Los Angeles, and initially tried taking a stab at the market on our own once we got here. However, we found that we weren’t getting the best options for our needs, and gave her a call. Ganesa quickly went to work and had several options based on our needs, budget, & circumstance. I would say that about 2 weeks later after seeing several homes & losing out on a couple of great candidates…we finally found our needle in a haystack. Honestly, I think the constant contact & pep talks between the 3 of us were instrumental & what kept us all going. Ganesa is definitely skilled at what we she does, is quite a multi-tasker, and schedule juggler by somehow being able to accommodate all of her clients without skipping a beat. “I am so incredibly happy we chose Ganesa Allen to be our realtor. I was very concerned about getting a house in this current market as a renter, especially after my previous realtor (not Genesa) told us that the area we were looking in wasn't plausible and we needed to settle, something that someone who is looking for a few year home never wants to have to do. So after struggling for 3 weeks looking by myself and repeatedly reaching out to multiple realtors and management companies to see if anything was coming available, Ganesa sprang up and MADE SURE to get in contact with me immediately (less than an hour) after a house in the (very small) area I was wanting to be in was listed. To be honest, the management company was a pain and very, very difficult to deal with. But Ganesa-she was very persistent and knew what to do and how to handle everything. She followed up on everything from the application to the signing of the lease, and even when the company was still trying to show the house after approving us, she noticed this and made SURE we got a signed lease before anybody else could have the chance to steal it!! I had planned on doing this on my own and I really am very happy we went with her. Her persistence is unmatched and her personality is even better. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, especially those who have had a bad experience with other realtors.
