“Working with Kevin to sell my house was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. We met last year in fall and on Kevins advice, I waited on listing till March/April. He advised me on how to prepare the house for sale and suggested avoiding overspending on repairs as that was best left till after the sale and inspection, and preferably through a monetary settlement. His prediction of the market was spot on and the house sold within 3 days of listing with competing bidders and a final price that was 40 K higher than the asking price. Kevin was prompt in replying to e-mail and text communication and punctual with all the electronic documents that required signature. Kevn is a great guy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Over all having him as my realtor was a fantastic experience. ”
