We had a long process working with Kelly. He was patient and was there throughout the entire process as we made decisions over a lengthy period of time to sell our home. Once we made that decision, Kelly acted with great speed and haste, and was there for every small and big detail. He kept us in the loop, and we sold our home very fast! I would highly recommend using Kelly. He is a top-notch, performer and seller. I also would not think twice about having Kelly represent me if I were purchasing a new home as well. he is knowledgeable and patient and knows how to get deals done.

Kelly is truly one of a kind when it comes to expertise in real estate. His service is impeccable. His knowledge of the market helps tremendously. He makes the entire sales process as easy and stress free as possible. He stays in constant communication and always has his clients best interest in mind. He gives clear and concise advise on sales price and sales process negotiations. I have used him for multiple homes and he has always been the very best partner in the process. Kelly is absolutely THE BEST!!! I never imagined how much he would do for me! He did everything and many things 'over and above' since I had already moved. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, attitude, attention to detail, honesty, 'go get 'em' attitude, thoughtfulness, caring, etc. Just think of absolutely every possible thing you want in an Agent, and Kelly is it! I HIGHLY recommend him. You will not be sorry if you work with him. I interviewed several Agents before selecting Kelly. There was no comparison! Save time - hire Kelly! You will be soooo pleased!!!

We are glad we hired Kelly to sell our home. He had our best interest in mind throughout the offers received and when speaking with other realtors. Kelly was familiar with our neighborhood so he could assist with any questions regarding our HOA and area. We appreciated his availability and willingness to answer any questions. Especially his openness regarding the whole process in the current market. His timeline was realistic and accurate. We valued his expertise and will recommend Kelly in the future.

Kelly is wonderful. He was so very helpful throughout the entire process of selling my mother’s home. Kelly is attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time required to explain the process and make us feel comfortable with the sale. We highly recommend Kelly.
