“As a new buyer you are often playing blind in a new territory, there is fierce competition on homes that come up in an area, having that experience as a realtor it helps to let the buyer know what we are up against and what should we do in terms of making the best offer. We lost on a few nice houses by not making the right offer in time due to these competition. These experiences go along with the process.
