I believe that I am blessed in incredible ways. God's plan for my life is perfect and the journey is filled with an abundance of triumphs and lessons. I believe that some of the best things about me are my faith, courage, and fierce loyalty. I am grateful, joyful, empathetic, determined, motivated, observant, a little foolish and sometimes a bit crazy! At the end of the day, I may enjoy a nice bourbon. I am an Educator and a Realtor. I am privileged to enjoy the awesome experiences of teaching, learning and doing. My goal is to offer the best in Real Estate education to Realtors and to take the stress away from my Real Estate clients as they navigate their way through Real Estate transactions. My favorite two charities are: Suicide Prevention and Autism Awareness.

Tonya has over 20 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors and rental clients across Texas as their go to Realtor for their residential and commercial needs. In addition to the traditional education required for licensing, Tonya also has a background in Residential Mortgage Origination and New Home Sales. Tonya earned her MBA from the University of Houston - Downtown in August 2016 and a Masters Studies in Law from the Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2021.

Tonya's passions include continuous learning, traveling, cooking (food & wine), gardening / landscapes, child advocacy, programs for seniors, and taking steps for a healthier life. Tonya has earned the prestigious GRI designation and is also working toward several others in both residential and commercial real estate. Tonya is currently builing a real estate team to broaden her capacity for assisting the masses.

Kathy has been a top Houston real estate agent since 2000 representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors trusting her to guide them through every step of the real estate process. She is known by her customers and clients, as well as the brokerage community, for her honesty, professionalism and treating clients like family. With a local's knowledge of the Greater Houston Area, and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, Kathy has the determination and passion to find the right property for each buyer and renter. Her proven patience and determination have earned her a large base of referral and repeat clients.Kathy graduated from Missouri State University with a dual major in Social Work and Psychology. After ten successful years in social services, Kathy transitioned to real estate. Her experience in Social Work has allowed her a unique perspective in an ever-changing real estate market where the ability to relate to people and trust is invaluable. A trusted advisor with a strong work ethic, Kathy works tirelessly on behalf of her clients and customers to achieve the desired result.
