Previously in the healthcare industry, responsible for the day-to-day operations and project management, she developed a keen awareness of the need for discretion and confidentiality and, more importantly, a “client first” dedication to customer service, an attitude that is at the very core of what makes a great Realtor. While professionalism is her credo, she is also able to connect with her clients in a very personal way. She believes that developing a friendly rapport and putting her clients’ interests as her top priority during their home search or sale makes for a more friendly connection and enhances their ability to make informed decisions. Extremely detail-oriented, organized and enthusiastic about every real estate transaction she undertakes, she builds these successful relationships by developing a comprehensive understanding of her client’s needs by listening carefully, encouraging discussion, keeping her clients in close contact and well informed, and by fulfilling what is asked of her with a can-do, make-it-happen attitude.

Actively involved as a volunteer with the Houston Food Bank and the American Heart Association, and with Habitat for Humanity both in fundraising and volunteer capacities. She says Habitat for Humanity has a special place in her heart knowing that she is actively building a home for a family who may not, otherwise, have an opportunity to be a homeowner. That “building something positive” approach carries over to her hobby as an enthusiastic Do-It-Yourselfer, particularly of DIY home decor projects.

Encouraged by her parents to “continually educate yourself,” Kimberly has done just that, earning both Bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration degrees. This feat is all the more impressive because she earned the Master of Business Administration degree in only 18 months; while being a full-time wife, mother of twin boys, and working employee. Her work ethic, drive, style, and ability to work under extreme pressure are what make Kimberly the perfect agent for all of your real estate needs.
