As a genuine Texas bayou boy, born and raised, my life has been a mix of rural country, urban concrete, and sprawling suburban. Like the always-growing Greater Houston area, I learned to navigate all three early on. Mine and my wife's roots have been planted in this area for generations and this is where we have chosen to raise our four children. We hope they will continue the tradition because there is no place greater than Texas. My deep understanding and knowledge of the area, as well as my own personal experiences from living here, have given me the passion to help others find their perfect home in the Greater Houston area. It was here that I gained an extensive professional background in Sales and Management before launching into the real estate world. Since 20, I have been a leading Greater Houston Area Realtor who has closed hundreds of transactions. In 2018, my partners and I launched Greater Houston Real Estate Partners (GH-REP), because we believed that a real estate company should be a place where every customer is supported by a team of agents who fluidly work together to ensure the best outcome for the client. GHREP is a customer-centered company that is known within the industry for its innovation and forward-thinking. As a resident of Richmond, Texas, Luz Gachupin works with clients to find their future homes. Relocation has been a passion of mine since I personally moved from coast-to-coast multiple times with a new baby, disgruntled teens, and a husband who often was working in another location. The skills used during 20 years of transfers expanded my desire to ease the process for the family as well as a unique knowledge of different parts of the country. Dallas is a native of Pennsylvania and excited to have recently made a great move to the Houston, Texas market. Residing in Richmond has given her an opportunity to see what the market is all about. However, Dallas is no stranger to real estate. With over 25 years in commercial (brokerage and leasing), she has recently made the transition into residential real estate and her people skills are top notch.
