IN 2004, SHE OBTAINED HER REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND STARTED HER CAREER AT CENTURY 21 A-1 WESTERN REALTORS WITHIN A YEAR SHE WAS AWARDED THE MASTER RUBY GOLD AWARD IN 2005, 2007, 2009, 2012, AND 2015 FOR OUTSTANDING SALES. SHE HAS SOLD OVER 200 HOMES IN THE AMARILLO AREA MAKING HER A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR SALES AGENT IN TEXAS. Terri is a Graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, and a Katy resident since 1986. She and her husband had the pleasure of raising two awesome kids in Katy, both graduated from Cinco Ranch High School. Terri and her husband now have the pleasure of watching their grandchildren grow up in Katy!

Cross-cultural or Multi-cultural, integrity and urban planning knowledge and experiences are assets that James Nimene brings to the real estate industry. When James left his native Liberia in West Africa more than 33 years ago, little did he know that, one day, he would call Houston home, and it is where he has learned and experienced the Texan and American cultures, while maintaining his African cultural identity.

A family man who has been married to his wife for more than 30 years and raised four children, James is a strong practitioner of the saying, "Do unto others as you would have them do to you" during his entire life. Since 2004, when he became a licensed real estate agent, he has closed many real estate transactions in the greater Houston area, specifically in the northwest and southwest areas of Harris County, while maintaining full-time employment with the City of Houston.

As a retired City of Houston Urban Planner, James will also use his knowledge and experiences of developing land use plans and programs that helped to create communities, accommodate population growth, and revitalized physical facilities when helping you with all your real estate needs, including buying, selling , or renting.
