Before earning her real estate license, Julie managed a corporate legal department until 2000. That business background served her well when she joined Heritage Texas Properties in 2006. She worked as an assistant, learning all aspects of the buying and selling process, and listing foreclosures which were plentiful through 2008. Adapting to the ever-changing market, she became a full-time realtor handling relocation inventory, and more traditional buyers and sellers in 2009.
When she isn't working, Julie loves to spend time with her family, volunteering, and being active.

Hi, my name is Katherine (Katie) Rodriguez. Although fairly new to working full time in the Real Estate industry, I am an enthusiastic young real estate agent for C.R. Realty. I have lived in Houston most of my life. The past 7 years I have been living in The Heights and absolutely love it.
