Looking for homes from out of town, she was happy to check out houses for us and send us videos of the homes, which was really helpful. When we moved to Houston, Kathryn was always flexible and worked around our work and travel schedules to show us homes, even at short notice. We had very particular requirements and she was so patient with us. She negotiated everything we wanted in a home. Finally, as a person, Kathryn is wonderful. For example, I had a car emergency after a showing and she saved the day. Now that Kathryn helped us find the perfect home, the only downside is that we won’t get to work with her anymore!
